Project Overview
Chalk It Up aims to empower and support the next generation of Sacramento artists through targeted art grants for young artists and the programs which inspire them. The Labor Day Weekend Chalk It Up! Festival is their biggest fundraiser. It brings people from all over the region to downtown Sacramento in celebration of chalk art and music.
Chalk It Up asked Uptown Studios to design and implement a new website to better facilitate the detailed process of signing up vendors, performers, artists and most importantly, sponsors for the festival. Our design and web team created an artistic, colorful, engaging, user-focused website which included design of custom “chalk inspired” icons.
