Collaborative, Compassionate Support for Families of Children with Disabilities

We submitted auditions from an array of voiceover artists to the client. The chosen artist recorded a warm and friendly narration which set a sincere and caring tone for the production.

This campaign was developed to support Warmline’s Community Navigator Program with the goal of increasing referrals and signups. Warmline acts as a services hub for families who have children with developmental and physical disabilities. This first video from a series is an animated informational piece created for use by Navigator professionals in the field to show partners and potential clients how the program works. We agreed that the video should have a compassionate quality without being slick, promotional or condescending.

Strategy & Implementation

We examined existing materials from the organization’s existing website and marketing materials and crafted a summary of the main points to include in a high level overview of the program directed at attracting prospective clients.

We wrote a conversational script and worked with the client and Navigator staff to finesse and finalize the language and messaging. We extended the organizational style guide and designed custom illustrations that were well-suited for a flowing and organic animation style. Conclusion

The client was very pleased with the final animation. We hope it will prove to be an effective recruitment and educational resource for the Community Navigators.
