Is your brand in need of some marketing? Great, here’s how it goes: first, we make a plan.
A marketing plan is the first step in developing a stand-out campaign. Since organizations are all different and have unique needs, developing a strategy always comes first. We use existing analytics, discovery sessions, competitor research, demographic research and our stellar ideas to lay out the best course of action. Sometimes social media is the best move, other times Google advertising with a landing page is the way to go. It’s dependent upon the overall objectives, who we’re trying to reach and most importantly- what is your story.
Next, we develop the goods.
After a plan is in place, we start developing the materials. From content creation, to digital advertising, to full-on focus groups we first need to create the look and feel through graphics, content calendars, messaging and more. What we can do is pretty infinite: billboard ads, transit ads, print materials, websites, landing pages, email templates, social media graphics and mostly anything you might need to create a cohesive, structured campaign. Developing the messaging alongside both digital and tangible materials is actually the fun part- and when the story really starts to come together.


Then, we get the word out.
After we have a strategic plan in place, and we’ve developed the messaging alongside any creative or digital materials- it’s time to start yelling it from the rooftops (not literally though, we’ve found that’s not as effective as you might think). Through digital and/or real-world advertising, website launches, email marketing, press releases, social media posts, print materials and more we strategically launch your campaign across all platforms. The story doesn’t matter if no one is reading it- and our goal here is to make it a bestseller.
Now, it’s time to track the data, maintain the voice & keep building momentum.
A marketing campaign isn’t a “set it and forget it” type of situation. It requires ongoing management in which we monitor how specific items are performing. By tracking the analytics, performing user testing, reviewing monthly reports and through a myriad of other metrics we can make adjustments as we go. Looking at the data allows us to see what’s working and what’s not, enhance and/or eliminate, and make informed decisions. We not only set up all the accounts, we offer ongoing management so we can keep an eye on it and make it even better.


Already have a good brand and don’t need all of that? That’s cool too.
While we love building a campaign from scratch, we also work a la carte. Many times there’s already a story, but it just needs a little bump through PPC advertising, Google Grant Ads or some social media management. We offer an a la carte menu of services where you can pick and choose what makes the most sense for your organization. We’ll even do a review of your social media accounts or existing materials and make recommendations on where to start. We like stories, and we’re happy to tell yours regardless of what stage it’s in.
