Project Overview
The website for Sacramento Beer Week was a fun challenge for us here at Uptown Studios. The website needed to be user friendly, inviting, easy to navigate, and provide large amounts of information regarding events during Sacramento’s Beer Week. The calendar system was the hardest challenge to overcome, as it had to accept hundreds of user submissions for beer events going on around the entire Sacramento area. Users were able to easily create an account, submit events for review through a very intuitive front-end form, and then log back in to make changes if necessary. Through the use of a robust events manager system we implemented, the process was quick and simple for anyone who wanted to add their event to the Sacramento Beer Week website.
