Q- What is your favorite part about working with social media?
I love getting to tell people’s stories in ways that are funny, heartwarming, and meaningful. I’m using my communication skills, expertise, and sense of humor to help folks who are doing everything from making tasty meals, to saving the planet.
- Engagement – Once you grab the audience’s attention, be ready to follow up, whether that’s with targeted ads or direct communication. Be an active part of your online community.
- Experimentation – Try a lot of different approaches. Build on what works, and drop what doesn’t. Taking risks is an important part of the process.
- Consistency – To build momentum you need to post regularly and be ready to engage when you succeed at grabbing some attention.
