Sacramento County wants to make sure citizens understand how important is to vote in every election.
For this project, the Uptown Studios Video Team selected graphics with fun animation quality, some historic images to teach the country’s voting history and sound effects that could bring them to life. Uptown Studios created a long version of the video and multiple short videos to play on Sacramento County’s social media channels.
