A note from our fearless leader, Tina Reynolds regarding the Coronavirus:
Last week, Uptown Studios made the decision for our teams to work remotely due to the coronavirus. While the decision is a bit of a challenge, our team is highly motivated to stay on your projects and turn them around quickly and efficiently. We are all available to you through a Google Hangout or Zoom meeting. There, we can show you your proofs, discuss the reasons for our decisions, and listen closely to your questions and needs for the project. This will not impact your work. In fact, we might get things to you faster with fewer interruptions throughout our day.
Monday through Friday from 9a-5p, our office will have one person available to answer phones and keep things sparkling clean. We are able to deliver any printed materials directly to your office or home.
We are dedicated to remaining your reliable source for marketing. You can expect new ideas that will be sent to you on things you can do while on the down side. We are all connected via Slack, an internal messaging tool, so any messages will be relayed quickly to the team member doing your work.
We found that Google is allowing G Suite customers to use advanced Hangouts Meet features with larger groups, live streaming, and recording. We are set up with client meetings via Google Hangouts.
