These women are powerhouses working in many different areas, creating change all around them. Each of them is a friend and I admire who they are, what they are able to take a stand for and against, and they are fierce in their fights. None of them are afraid to take a stand – and then dig in for the long haul.
Meea Kang, brilliant and scrappy – she is the woman who will work her way through a bureaucracy and get to the other side of getting the right thing done. Meea works hard in getting affordable housing through the system and completed – Meea is comfortable in this “mans” world – just saying’ Don’t mess with her. She will get it done. Go Meea! 
Britta Guererro, one of my favorite people to teach me about her world and be so convincing that I want to be in her space. Bright, involved and fierce when it comes to fighting for her family, friends and her people. Britta is never afraid to teach you how to be on the right side of an issue and drag you over to her side. I would stand with Britta on the battle line any time. 
Cecilia Aguiar-Curry – One of the most committed women to creating positive change in a community. She will be the one to find the way to get things done – so don’t be in her way – and the best part is that you will love her more even when she is rolling over you – ever moving forward!
