Through Human-Centered Design workshops, we work with clients to build empathy for their target audiences in order to create and implement needed solutions. Human-Centered Design begins by developing a connection with the people being served and learning who they are by experiencing things from their perspective.
Joining our fabulous team is Christine Folck, Innovation Director and consultant. Christine manages multiple, innovation design processes and is our lead facilitator for ethnographic studies to develop new processes, technologies or applications for current technology. She is experienced in managing project teams focused on the development of gamification applications and behavior change via gamification and virtual agent applications.
