We start each project by building an understanding of your project, meeting and getting to know and understand the things that are working and the things we need to help you improve, and understanding your goals and objectives, your clients or target audience and what your “culture” is all about. We are here to help you communicate to your world who you are – and why you are the best!
Working Together
We don’t take you into some outer space with our creative, we take you where your target audience and clients will understand you – where they get you and make the call or donation. We do this through really good design. If our materials don’t get your target audience to pick it up, read it, click the button or watch the video, we have not done a good job for you. We are here to make your marketing materials “Easy, Fun and Popular!” and you will be involved with us every step of the way – We really listen AND we are here to tell you when things are not working and how to fix them.
Uptown Studios sets your timeline & budget – then we keep to it!
Our team is totally deadline, timeline and budget driven. If you only have so much time and money to give us to work with we will do the very best job on your materials with the budget we are given. We will create a budget and timeline, make sure you agree and then we stick to it. If anything happens to change our timelines or budgets you will hear from us first, before we are late, or over budget – every time!
Uptown Studios Crew
We have big time talent and love working together in small crews. We don’t have account reps at Uptown Studios – when you have a design question you talk with Cris Weber, Art Director, or web questions Brent Stromberg, Web Manager, or social media question you talk with Leidhra… You have access to the experts in each of the fields ready to help you through any types of questions about your marketing. And everyone is just so darned nice to work with – and the work is done right here at our office.
Perks
We love our space, each other and our clients – we really do! We have an occasional “Beer 30” and have our kegger on tap with local craft brew… But you will be more impressed with our creative team for sure, along with a beer that’s delicious.
